I have seen hundreds of couples improve their relationships in my work. I will work with you to improve communication and resolve issues your relationship, from a place of mutual respect.
My approach to couples therapy follows the Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT) and Gottman approaches. Through therapy, we increase acceptance, identify areas of change, and strengthen your emotional connection. You will improve the sense of being “on the same page” in your relationship. Therapy makes space to discuss issues in a productive way, so your relationship feels enjoyable again.

I offer a Graduate group as a follow-up to active sessions,
and periodic Mindfulness groups focused on practice.
